Our community offers a variety of spacious floor plans ranging from approximately 586 to 1,146 square feet. Prospective residents can choose from comfortable one-bedroom layouts or expansive two-bedroom townhomes designed for modern living. Each apartment is crafted to provide a stylish and functional environment for our residents.

​We provide convenient on-site parking options to ensure your vehicle is always close to home. While we do not currently offer EV charging stations on-site, residents with electric vehicles can utilize nearby public charging stations located at the Burien Library and local retail centers. Our team is happy to provide more details regarding our parking assignments and local charging resources.

​Cambridge Square is situated near several transit routes that offer efficient travel throughout the King County area. We are located just a short distance from the Burien Transit Center, which provides access to the RapidRide H Line and various bus routes connecting to Seattle and Sea-Tac Airport. Living here allows for a seamless commute whether you are traveling for work or leisure.

​Our community is served by the Highline School District, which is dedicated to providing quality education for all students. The closest educational facilities include Cedarhurst Elementary School, Sylvester Middle School, and Highline High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and residents should contact the school district to confirm specific assignments.
